On February 23, 1963 the second A.O.S. Executive Council meeting was held in
Montgomery. The meeting was well worth while, and several pr obl ems and business matters wer e discuss ed, which we usually would not have the time or place to properly discuss at a regular meeting. I would strongly urge that the Executive Council meetings continue in the future.
