The Meetings Committee coordinates all aspects of holding the thrice-yearly meetings of the AOS, including reserving an appropriate venue, setting up the space for meetings and banquet, arranging catering for Friday night meeting and Saturday banquet, and carrying out any follow-up responsibilities, such as clean up and return of rented equipment.
