In order to make Alabama Birdlife more entertaining and interesting to all A.O.S. members, it is essential to have as many members as possible contributing articles for publication. To contribute, you do not have to write a long technical article; in fact, shorter articles of one-half to two pages are the ones most needed. Suitable topics for such an article include a state or regional record, a big day, a favorite birding site, an unusual observation or a humorous experience while birding.
